Resolving to Resolve this New Year’s

The thing I hate about New Year’s resolutions is that they only come once per year. If you set some meaningful change for your life and fall off the wagon by February it takes an entire year before you get to try again.

This year make a resolution to make resolutions. Put goals into a central place in your life. Be smart about setting things into motion but even if you fall off the wagon make it a regular part of your life to revisit and reset.

Right now: Put a monthly repeating event in your calendar called “Goal Setting”. Every time it comes around take at least 30 minutes to revisit and reaffirm your resolutions and set new ones. Now you’ve got 12 shots at making meaningful progress.
