I am a practitioner of Blues and Fusion dancing with strong leanings toward Contact Improvisation and Modern Dance. I delight in dance as a form of physical and ephemeral artistic expression. It has been a tremendous tool for the discovery and exploration of vulnerability, self-belief, and inner-challenge, through full body creative connection with myself and others.
I have taught dance seminars across North America including workshops in:
- Vancouver, BC
- Whitehorse, Yukon
- Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
- Halifax, Nova Scotia
- Chicago, Illinois
- Seattle, Washington
I recommend that everyone bring dance into their life. I often use dance in seminars to teach connection, communication, and rapport. I also teach dance to help people discover more about themselves and their ability to connect with others. If you’re interested to learn more about some of the types of dancing I do, check out the Vancouver Blues website and EDAM Dance. If you’re interested in learning dance from me or having it play a role in a seminar, please contact me.
