When someone is vulnerable, it is venerable to stand with them.

When someone takes a leap. Puts themselves out there. Truly and meaningfully expresses something that matters. Let them know they’re not alone.

Let them know you are seeing them and that they are seen.

Let them know that what they are saying matters to you.

Don’t leave those vital leaders standing alone.

Whether you act alongside them, or simply raise your voice and say “This!”

As powerful as one voice can be, it cannot truly create movement without a chorus.

But being part of the choir is more than simply hitting the Like button. You need to add your voice to the music. Put your body in the line. Stand up and be counted.

Don’t let good ideas, good people, and the things you say matter, go it alone.
