About

I am a coach, a swordsman, a dancer, a lover, a teacher, a singer, a father, a martial artist, a media artist, a speaker, a writer—wholly, fully, and completely.

Each day I strive to live life as authentically as possible. To truly connect with others, stretch my own limits, and help others do the same.

This journey has led me to take one of my great passions, swordplay, and turn it into a work greater than myself: Academie Duello Centre for Swordplay. To become a dancer, a mover, and a performer beyond my own living room. To be a coach, speaker, and mentor from the corporate world to the personal world.

My mission in life is to help people realize their most profound and passionate selves and to make what they love a central part of their life.
