Dance
Exploring vulnerability, self-belief, and connection through Blues, Fusion, and Contact Improvisation.
I am a practitioner of Blues and Fusion dancing with strong leanings toward Contact Improvisation and Modern Dance. I delight in dance as a form of physical and ephemeral artistic expression.
Dance has been a tremendous tool for the discovery and exploration of vulnerability, self-belief, and inner-challenge, through full body creative connection with myself and others.
Teaching & Workshops
I have taught dance seminars across North America, including workshops in:
- •Vancouver, BC
- •Whitehorse, Yukon
- •Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
- •Halifax, Nova Scotia
- •Chicago, Illinois
- •Seattle, Washington
Why Dance?
I recommend that everyone bring dance into their life. Dance offers a unique pathway to understanding yourself and your capacity for connection with others.
I often use dance in seminars to teach connection, communication, and rapport. It's a powerful tool for helping people discover more about themselves and their ability to connect authentically.
Dance is a conversation without words—a practice in presence, listening, and authentic response.
